Front Entrance and Canopy, French Doors, Bi Folding Doors, Casement Windows, Oak Staircase
Situated in a peaceful, location with a park view on the outskirts of Rugby town centre, the development required modern convenience with traditional charm. As such, the design and quality of the joinery was an integral part of the overall build.
The finished house is in a traditional coach house style, with an elegant, contemporary interior. The beautiful timber windows and doors perfectly complement the interior style.
The first potential buyers to view the property were the only persons to view as they requested an exclusivity agreement to purchase at the full asking price. Indeed they advised that one of the key factors in their desire to own this property was the high end timber joinery found on this particular development.

Obviously, we approved of the location, construction, size and layout before we purchased the house, but it is only in use that the quality of construction, fittings, appliances and furnishings becomes evident."
